I believe that our bodies and minds are ever changing works in progress, and fortifying our foundations will lead to the best self.
My approach to therapy and wellness is rooted in maximizing each persons unique gifts and experiences, both physically and mentally.
Our overall health is built upon four foundational components: Sleep, physical wellness, mental health and nutrition. While each may stand strong or weaken on its own, each can also be compromised by the growth or decline of another. As we move through life, the ground is constantly shifting beneath our feet. In order to experience our best selves, we can fortify, rejuvenate, build or rework these components to enhance our unique journeys. This is where we start.
